Chairman
Wayne has been involved in tech businesses for over 35 years and gained a wealth of experience in revolutionising businesses using cutting edge technology. During this period, he has invested and partnered in multiple companies where he has been able to utilise his management, knowledge, skills, and experience to help those businesses flourish. Although Wayne has been an investor and active member of the easyads group since 2018 in 2022 he become the Chairman in order to help and drive our national expansion.
CEO/Founder
Alan moved to Spain in 2003 previously having a successful career in banking and financial services for over 18 years. In 2004 he changed direction into the Real Estate sector where he gained extensive knowledge on sourcing, marketing, and selling quality developments worldwide. Over the years his various businesses and sales teams have been responsible for selling 1,000's of properties worldwide. After initially founding easyads SL in 2010 in 2019 easyads Multinational SL was established in order to expand the groups services and grow nationally. His entrepreneurial skills are the key driving force behind the group.
Managing Director
David previously worked in the banking and financial services sector specialising in individual fund management. He moved to Spain in 2001 where he owned and managed a large Real Estate Company promoting to UK and Ireland. David joined the team in 2021 to escalate our growth in becoming the number one Real Estate Agency group within Spain
Chief Operating Officer
Gary's network of contacts and wealth of experience from working within the travel and tourist industry for over 30 years has enabled him to focus on operations and compliance within the group. He moved to Spain in 2018 and joined easyads as a Sales Executive whilst working in this role he quickly introduced compliance processes and operations to help with the performance and scalability of the business.
Commercial Director
Tom's career in Spain started in the foreign exchange sector where he assisted estate agents and private clients with large currency transfers around the globe. After learning the trade, he eventually set up his own Currency company providing a personal customer experience unseen on the Coast. Tom subsequently met the easyads team through mutual services and was recruited as Commercial Director to enhance and establish relationships across the business.
Sales Director
Elliot has lived in Spain since 1998 and started his professional career in the real estate industry, in just 4 years, he grew to become a director of sales and a shareholder of a successful local real estate company. He joined the easyads group to use his knowledge of Spain and understanding of the Spanish property market, to guide clients through the buying process and instil this same attitude and knowledge in his national sales team.
Group Lawyer & Accountant
Jose's extensive experience and knowledge having worked as a lawyer in Spain since 1992 has enabled us to add additional services and products to our operation. He has worked in the Costa Blanca region since 2014 and has built an abundance of contacts to support the growth of our legal and financial operation.
UK Ambassador
easyads Sports Division - Retired English professional footballer Tony Woodcock who played for Nottingham Forest, Arsenal and FC Koln is appointed as the Head of our UK Sports Ambassador programme. Tony's role within the group is to personally attend various overseas property exhibitions, webinars and other easyads Multinational events, build a network of current/ex sporting professionals and commercial contacts worldwide as introducers for buying property anywhere in the Spanish territories. Tony will be endorsing our marketing activities to promote the easyads group of companies, services, and products in the UK.
Ireland Ambassador
easyads Sports Division - A former Irish and British & Irish Lions rugby international. Nicknamed 'Munch' or 'Mullet'. During his long professional career Shane played for Leinster and Saracens and racked up 41 international caps for his country and 4 for the lions. Shane's role within the group is to personally attend various overseas property exhibitions, webinars and other easyads Multinational events, build a network of current/ex sporting professionals and commercial contacts worldwide as introducers for buying property anywhere in the Spanish territories. Shane will be endorsing our marketing activities to promote the easyads group of companies, services, and products in Ireland
